To be shortlisted by top IIMs, a candidate usually needs to score above 98–99 percentile, along with strong academic and profile credentials.

There is no limit on the number of attempts. You can take CAT every year, as long as you meet the eligibility criteria.

CAT is typically held once a year, usually in late November. The official notification is released in July or August.

Yes. For multiple-choice questions (MCQs), 1 mark is deducted for each wrong answer. However, there is no negative marking for non-MCQs (TITA questions).
